Five apartments on the third and fourth floors of mixed-use block at 58 and 59-60 High Street, Worcester, are now fully let after we completed a refurbishment programme. We’ve fitted new kitchens and bathrooms, and improved lighting and common areas. As a result, rents have increased by over 16%.
