Well-known West Midlands property specialists Alex and Paul Watson have joined forces to launch an ambitious new investment and development business. We will initially focus on building a portfolio of high quality residential and commercial properties, and will consider joint venture developments in the future. Alex, a former director of investor and developer Barberry Group, is founder and director of the new family-run business. He is supported by his father Paul Watson who is company chairman. Alex joined Barberry in 2010 and became group director before leaving in 2021. He led Barberry’s successful residential investment operations, acquiring and redeveloping numerous properties. Paul Watson is a founding director of Barberry and remains involved in the business.
